Difference
Growing up watching his father stand up to bullies was formative in Bruce’s childhood. He may not have realized it as a child but the constant theme in his family was you do what is right, you fight for what is right and you care more about others than yourself.
His father (name, image, link to Wikipedia is available) was a legend in New Mexico as an advocate for injured workers’ rights. He survived personal attacks, threats to his family, and physical violence to pave the way for a safer workplace. His son Bruce witnessed what one man with character, courage, and competence can achieve.
